International Sales & Business Development Manager (Regional)

Wat is jouw uitdaging? 

The key responsibility of the regional Sales & Business Development Manager is new business development, expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition (sharp focus on hunting) in designated European countries, for roll business as well as custom made fabrics. The Sales & Business Development Manager is focused on closing sales deals with key decision-makers of existing customers, new customers and prospects and maintains strong relations in the respective international regions. The Sales & Business Development Manager is travelling in his designated markets, and aims to grow the client base and increase the market share within the region.

Wie ben jij?

  • Master's degree in Economics or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in international sales.
  • Strong European B2B sales acumen and tech-savvy.
  • Proven track record by preference in the sun shading industry or related.
  • Driven sales professional with the ability to build the right connections and open doors that lead to valuable business opportunities.
  • Able to balance offensive sales tactics with long term relationship building.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions (min. 50% of the time) to meet potential clients, attend trade fairs, and develop market presence.
